Track what’s trending in US culture, identify formats/hooks that work, and share actionable recommendations with our marketing team.
Support paid social ad creative production
Help brainstorm concepts, write/iterate hooks and scripts, coordinate assets, and assist with editing short-form videos (CapCut or similar). Optimize based on performance feedback. You’ll be expected to create and/or edit ~15 lightweight short videos per week, primarily focused on hook and pacing variations.
Creator outreach & collaboration support
Identify relevant creators, reach out with clear briefs, follow up, and help manage logistics (deliverables, timelines, usage rights basics, etc.).
Support our social media execution (TikTok + Instagram)
Help plan content ideas with the team, draft captions, coordinate posting, and support community engagement. You’ll discuss strategy with team members and execute the details.
Other tasks assigned to you:
Research, content ops, scheduling, experiments, and general marketing support. Curiosity and eagerness to learn matter no matter the task.
