We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and curious team member to support our users and safeguard our platform. This is a long-term part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and staying vigilant in a dynamic app environment.
- Work with Backend engineers to review all ticket raised and response to potential scammer alert
- Follow protocol to investigate each potential fraud case and provide solutions for each case.
- Observe, analyze and report any new suspicious behavior encountered.
- Monitor new user behavior and content posted.
- Make decisions to ban scammer accounts and users with inappropriate behavior.
- Build review report and constantly update protocols
- Every day "jumping" around different key hotspots in the US as a male users AND investigate anything that could look fake, scammy, bots, etc. Including adding them on other apps, etc.
- As we operate 24/7, the role may require working on shifting schedules, including occasional night or graveyard shifts. Flexibility is appreciated.
