We’re looking for a U.S.-based fractional growth leader who combines sharp strategy with hands-on execution to guide and elevate our marketing efforts.
DOWN is hiring a Fractional Head of Growth to help set the U.S. marketing strategy, strengthen market presence, and provide leadership, cultural insight, and growth expertise to the team.
You’ll partner closely with the company President and collaborate with an Asia-based marketing team. This role is ~20 hours/week, with most collaboration happening asynchronously and morning U.S. meetings as needed.
A key focus for this role is bringing deep U.S. dating culture fluency, a strong understanding of women’s perspectives, and experience executing localized, city-level growth strategies.
